we have a smart tv with apps like netflix, hulu, youtube, etc You will need to sign in with your credentials. Please do not forget to sign out! We also have local cable channels only.
parking
1 car is allowed to park in the driveway on amherst - shared space with unit 2 Also, with 1 parking pass for street parking. Please DO NOT park on the sidewalk and NO PARKING allowed on Atlantic Avenue. You will get a ticket.
**please remember to return parking passes before you leave-a $200 per pass fee will be charged in addition if taken **
trash
trash day is monday
if you are staying over night on sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the trash receptacles (trash & recycling) to the curb sunday night or early monday morning
if this cannot be done, please let us know and we will send someone to assist you

there is a shared grill in the driveway

please note that this unit is on the 3rd & 4th floor of a triplex There are other tenants in the building in Unit 2 (1st & 2nd floors).

we have an enclosed outdoor shower that is a shared amenity with the other units

we welcome children of all ages Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed.
noise level:
we use smart home technology to improve your experience NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
if more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued No cameras inside.

□ unfortunately we do not allow late checkout (unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with owner) to respect our cleaners schedules A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
□ we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion..
