our renovated 1960's beach house has all the amenities you'll need for an exciting stay!
-newly renovated features new countertops, cabinetry, bathroom, floors, and mini split hvac
-indoor fireplace for heating and vibes
-unique manhattan beach ocean views and a view of catalina island
-shared laundry appliances located in the garage
-most everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen
-plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in

manhattan beach is as classy as it gets we're a block from the beach and near highland ave, where there are lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores:

-culture brewery
-little french bakery
-two guns cafe
walk score rates the neighborhood "very walkable and very bikeable", and if you wanted you wouldn't need to drive anywhere
-parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of la, so uber/lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car
-we have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by
-manhattan beach e-bike rental shop is 1 minute walk away
-this is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the manhattan beach smoking ordinance additionally, the beach and strand boardwalk are non-smoking
-we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
