new kitchen & appliances (full size front loading washer and dryer) have been constructed/installed, along with den converted to second bedroom Furthermore, the unit has all new furniture which includes a new living room sectional sofa, new dining room set & new twinXL tempurpedic beds (which can be converted to one king bed with converter kit), dresser & night stand in the guest bedroom. The primary BR remains a king size bed with new furniture. The living room sports a 75" smart TV, the primary BR has a 65" smart TV and the guest room has a 55" smart TV. The patio/lanai has 2 outdoor recliner chairs and a new patio dining table set.

PARKING IS ACCESSIBLE RIGHT OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR OF UNIT. THIS UNIT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH FULL SIZE, FRONT LOADING STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER.
