multi generational groups will appreciate that the flexible sleeping quarters are divided into two separate wings The South Wing offers a Deluxe King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and a large Dual Entry Bath with a double vanities and walk-in shower. The South Wing also offers a third bedroom with two Queen Beds, an ensuite private bath with a shower/tub combination, and direct pool access.
on the other side of the house is the north wing that hosts an oversized king bedroom with an extra daybed, a large bath with walk-in shower, and a bunk room with 4 twin-sized beds All of the sleeping quarters have ample storage and closet space.

do you allow pets?
our home is pet friendly! we allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $175 Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.
will i need to meet the property manager to get a key?
all our vacation home has a keyless locks! this system allows us to issue each guest a “code” for their stay rather than a physical key We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home. You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet.
does your property have security cameras?
yes for the safety of guest and while house is not occupied we have security cameras We have Ring Doorbell, Ring flood Camera on exterior garage door, Ring flood Camera on side of house facing gates, Ring Sec. Camera located inside garage on top by motor facing garage door for security reason when house isn't occupied, Ring flood Sec. Cam on front/side of house side gate.
do we need to meet managment at the house?
local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay
do you have a pool and spa?
our home features private salt water pools and spas! if you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night *** Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102.
what is provided with my accommodations?
all of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices, appliances and much more. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
can i ship a package to my vacation home?
we do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
will wifi and cable tv be available?
all of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed wifi
should i be worried about pests?
we are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
