a home that was meant for multiple generations under one roof enjoying the desert lifestyle With over 3200sf including the separate casita w/ private bath, the home has all the space you and your group can want. From the large dinning room w/ kitchen access, to an expansive great room including plenty of seating for all around the gas fireplace or wall mounted large smart TV's with HBO app, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc, (NO CABLE TV), a huge eat in Kitchen which features a giant island w/ access to the outdoor dinning, Natural Gas BBQ, and fire pit area. The main living space has everything you need to enjoy with the whole family even features a nook with a large L desk and half bathroom next to the convenient garage access. A huge master bedroom w/ ensuite full bathroom, large closet, separate mini split a/c to ensure you're as cool as possible w/ pool access as well. All of the other three bedrooms in the home are off of the hallway sharing the same full bathroom and large full laundry room.
one of the best features of the home is the separate casita and ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a private entrance just steps away from the main front door behind a gated courtyard The casita features a large king bed, wall mounted large smart TV's with HBO app, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc, (NO CABLE TV), small seating area, a mini fridge, and not to mention plenty of storage w/ walk-in closet. It is a great space for the grandparents or even several families traveling together.
