It takes approx. 10 min to walk to the city-center through the Hofgarten-Park or along the River Inn directly to the old city. the living-room with a west-faced terrace- overlooking innsbruck and inntal-valley to the west with a panorama view to mountains and a stunning view to the very close-located imposant mountain range “nordkette" with a sunset-view throughout the year ,
the penthouse is located in the 4th floor and easy accessible with an elevator The rental area is 160 m2 and includes a very spacious living-dinning area (63m2) with a vintage Italian designer-couch and 2 fauteuils - the living-dinning area with an open-plan kitchen is directly connected to the west-faced terrace with an amazing panoramic view to the mountain scenery of Innsbruck. The height of the ceiling is 6 meters. Above the living room there is a 23m2 open living gallery with a lounge area from from where you have a overview to the mountain scenery as well. the gallery-lounge area on the gallery can be used as a computer-workplace or can be used as optional sleeping place as well (futon-bed)
