as the property was a registered bed & breakfast establishment, you will find ensuite bathrooms for all guests, a well equipped kitchen, the home well furnished, and the property well maintained
we like the choice of surfing and picnics at beautiful rainbow beach, or lounging poolside with friends at home, with bbqs on the deck, and cocktails at the bar

upstairs you find the open plan living, the divine kitchen with marble benchtop, gas cooktop, double ovens, fridge with ice water, outdoor bar, study/office nook, 3 bedrooms with ensuites, and additional powder room Master bedroom has ocean views, stone stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in robe, TV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed. Third bedroom has a TV and private balcony.
downstairs is a self-contained 4th bedroom annex second lounge with queen sofa bed / rumpus room withtv, kitchenette, ensuite and tropical pool views Downstairs 5th bedroom is accessible via outside via a separate entrance and has pool views.
laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothesline are downstairs too
