Large contemporary villa, ideally located in the Bay Orientale In a quiet and relaxing environment sheltered from looks not overlooked, 5 minutes walk from the beach, this villa materializes a superb world to live where the taste of the 'épure is a philosophy. Large glass windows slide on the terraces and plantations which are all outdoor sculpture, palm trees, banana trees pananus, a real-space environment merger has taken shape in this villa open to the outside. It has a decoration using a color palette with elegant colors, judiciously and selectively enhanced by contemporary art. Wood and glass are the dominant materials of this beautiful realization. Summary: We have stayed at various villas before in St Martin but the ones we stayed in previously are now out of our price range or still undergoing renovation. We tried to find something similar and at a reasonable price and after much research and comparison decided to try Villa Paloma. It was fantastic! The house and amenities were phenomenal, the pool area is VERY private, and Delphine and her husband Herve were amazing hosts. The kitchen and refrigerator were well stocked (we like to make breakfast and some other meals at home to be able to relax after a day of activities as well as save some cash), and Delphine even had some surprises in the form of local goodies waiting for us on arrival! The house has easy access to the wonderful beaches of St Martin and also to Grand Case (we always rent a car for convenience sake). We look forward to returning in the near future.
