Summary: The property was clean and it was good enough to sleep and enjoy the back yard that was full of trees that gave a good view.The property advertises “pool”; it is not. It is a hot tub. Big difference when it’s hot outside and you want a pool-it’s why we chose this place over others. There were 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, 4 hand towels. Bare bones in the kitchen as well. 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 coffee cups. There are no added extras that you see in some places like dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps or anything like that. You will need to plan on purchasing everything needed that you don’t have household material wise. The location is good is you plan on having a vehicle. 4 min drive to most thingsd, 8 minute drive to 0 Duval St. overall: 6.5/10 stars.
