Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: From start to finish, a luxurious experience with high service. I was most impressed with the hand massages and drinks offered upon check-in. The fruit bowl waiting in our room was spectacular. From then on, we felt like members of the Palm Heights family. The beach was perfect. The pools were gorgeous and empty our entire stay. The gym and spa were next level. We tried all of the hotel restaurants and each was better than the next. I loved the sound healing and yin yoga class. The hammam treatment was truly special. Even the hotel shop was cool! What more could we ask for?

Negative: The pour-over coffee in the room was a bit weak. A Nespresso machine might be a better option. I also would have liked a few more fitness class options on the hotel side of the property.

Summary: Rest assured: this is the one and only luxury property on Seven Mile Beach. Skip the big box hotels!
