Summary: This is a nice property in an excellent location - the beach is right across the street and it's within walking distance to most everything. We would have given this property a 5 star rating except for a handful of minor, but bothersome issues. The decor was very tasteful and we enjoyed the private back porch area. But the screen door on the back porch was missing and the screen door in front had a broken latch that had clearly been in disrepair for a long time. Two of the TV's didn't function for us, which wasn't a biggie, but isn't an issue at a 5 star rental. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay and we'd come back again (especially if these shortcomings are addressed).
