The views are of the pacific, the Bolinas lagoon and Mountain ridge, Stinson Beach along the coast to San Francisco. Inner courtyard with comfortable outdoor furniture allows for relaxing or reading--all to the sound of waves crashing on the beach below. Hot tub and garden gym accessible with prior arrangement. This is one of the most beautifully situated ocean bluff properties in Bolinas----a town rich in character and history within walking distance of everything you need. You can watch the sunrise from the house or sit out on "the perch" to watch the surfers and seals below, or the ships in the distance on their way to and from San Francisco. Hawks, egrets, and blue herons are common sights as are deer and fox. Beachcombers walk the beaches below. Thousands of acres of protected open space surround Bolinas.
