Welcome to our newly updated Northern Colorado home! Relax under the covered patio with your favorite drink while enjoying the peace and quiet that comes with our quite town, Severance CO. The back yard features multiple covers areas, heated seating , fire pit, fresh hydroponic strawberries (when in season), and a yard for your kids to play. Our 3 story home has a large fully stocked kitchen/living/dining room great for gathering large families together. Walking distance to several restaurants, a liquor store, parks and a fishing pond there is lots to keep you busy without the need to travel far! This centrally located town is 20 minutes to downtown Fort Collins, 30 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir, 25 minutes to UNC Greely (Greely Stampede anyone?) and ~1 hour to DIA. There is so much to do!
