4 **NO PARTIES:** Parties are not permitted in the unit. If you host a party, you will be charged a $1000 fee.
5 **LATE CHECKOUT:** Checkout time is at 11 AM. Any checkout after 3 PM will incur a $250 fee.
6 **NO PETS:** Pets are not allowed in the unit. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 fee.
7 **NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS:** Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit. If additional people are found to be staying in the unit, a fee of $150 per person will be charged.
