Unsere familiär geführten Gästehäuser Haus Schwemmbauer und Haus Resi, die wir schon seit fast 50 Jahren und inzwischen in der zweiten Generation betreiben, liegen im Reit im Winkler Ortsteil Groißenbach. Von uns aus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Ortszentrum oder zur Tourist Info! Unsere sieben Ferienwohnungen (für 2-5 Personen), die Nr. 1,5,6,und Nr.7 auch mit **** und *****Sternen klassifiziert und die drei Doppelzimmer sind teilweise alpenländisch, aber auch modern mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und werden ständig renoviert. Viele Schnitzarbeiten, Möbel und Holzdetails fallen auf - Sie werden vom Hausherrn individuell gefertigt - darum steckt auch viel Herzblut in der Einrichtung. Im Sommer sind wir der ideale Ausgangspunkt für leichte Wanderungen, Ganztagestouren oder einen Abstecher ins Hochgebirge. Tennisanlagen, ein Supermarkt und das Freibad/Hallenbad befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Winter beginnen die Langlaufloipen und Winterwanderwege direkt hinter unseren Häusern, aber auch der Shuttlebus zur Gondelbahn bzw. ins Skigebiet Winklmoos/Steinplatte und die Ortsbushaltestelle liegt gegenüber (nur im Winter!). Unsere Häuser bieten Ihnen zusätzlich Getränkeverkauf und Brötchenservice, sowie einen kostenlosen W-LAN hotspot, außerdem beheizte Skiräume mit Skischuhheizungen und natürlich kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus. Als Gäste unserer Häuser erhalten Sie zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen eine Gästekarte mit vielen für Sie kostenlosen Leistungen für Ihren Urlaub! Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card und der Benz- Eck Skilifte. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee und im Winter Freie Fahrt an den Benzeckliften.
