Positive: Simply outstanding views of Pattaya Bay from inside this apartment. Clean & modern furnishings, appliances & technology inside the apartment in a new building. Fast elevators. Impressive & strong Wi-Fi in the apartment. Really good gym with wonderful views. Friendly & helpful host. I walked to a nearby (big) Lotus for food supplies. I'd happily stay here again.
Negative: The apartment is spacious for one - cosy for two. This location/area is walking distance to Terminal 21. It's not in central Pattaya (I knew this before I booked) & NOT in walking distance (I did try but no...way too far!)
Summary: An excellent stay in a fabulous apartment!
