Hop on a ferry across to Cannes, or enjoy the scenic ferry ride along the Red Rock Esterel coast to the villages of St Tropez, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Eze and more. Visit medieval villages and the Impressionist Artists' studios and museums of Picasso, Renoir, Chagall and others.
our building sits directly on a hard to find sandy quiet beach at the foot of the red rocks and forest of Esterel, nestled between Cannes (15 minutes) and Mandelieu (10 minutes), (40 km or 3o minutes from Nice airport).
strict urban controls have maintained the traditional charm of what was once a fishing village Wake up to sun rising over the water and take an early morning swim with just yourself and the sea birds. The beach right outside our Apartment is sandy with clean water. While you have a 2 car private parking space below the building, limited town parking keeps the beach semi private to those who live nearby. Always easy to find a restaurant last minute without reservations.
details of the apartment: newer building in mediterranean red stucco style The apartment comfortably sleeps 4, with a new oversize King bed in the bedroom and a new thick mattress sofa bed in the Living room. Both the Living Room and Bedroom open onto the large private terrace, 3 floors directly above the beach. Enjoy an afternoon nap on the terrace in lounge chairs or an evening meal around the teak outdoor dining table.
master bath has a large tub and shower as well as washer/dryer for laundry Small kitchen is fully-equipped. Open living dining room area allows sea views from every sitting area. Entrance hall has a small bathroom for guests. Locked storage area for beach equipment at beach level.

Theoule is close enough to Cannes restaurants & trendy Cote D'Azur nightlife, travel a few miles inland to the charming perched villages or just the perfect place to sit back, relax & enjoy scenic surroundings.
