enjoy spectacular sunrises over the gulf of mexico from the extra-large (9’ x 24’) balcony of this 6th floor privately owned and managed corner unit condo located right on the beach of the gulf of mexico on south padre island The walkway on the front of the unit provides Island/Bay views, so you can also enjoy the sunsets across the Bay. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit offers some of the best views on the entire island. Extra large living room has a queen size sleeper sofas providing sleeping arrangements for up to 4.
the pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi are located on the 3rd floor and offers unobstructed gulf views as well, and their southern exposure keeps them in the sun all day long There is also an ADULT ONLY Jacuzzi on the North side of the building, just steps from our front door, that offers gulf views from a pergola ambiance.
