Thank you for your interest in my space. i would be happy to confirm your request for your stated number of guests, please review my rules and policies below, letting me know they work for you and we can go ahead and confirm, 1. be courteous of neighbors, no outside noise after 9pm, 2. leave no messes, 3. no shoes on the carpet, 4. have last load of used sheets, pillow cases, towels, dishes washing upon checkout, 5. garbage goes in wheeled cart by garage. if checking out sunday through wednesday, take wheeled cart to curb, 6. no smoking or vaping in the house or garage, & fireplace is not to be used, 7. more guests present than booked, even if they're not staying the night, must be disclosed & approved first. if not, guests risk cancelation & removal from the property without refund, 8. violation of any rules are subject to additional fees collected after checkout, 9. any damage must be reported immediately, 10. anything left behind & asked to be shipped will be a service fee of $40 plus cost of shipping.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
