a maximum of 8 renter guest passes are included for use of all community amenities (the beach, pool, lake, clubhouse playground, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts) Children under 5 do not require passes. There are no other exceptions and additional passes cannot be purchased.
age: we rent to guests 28 and older Guests under 28 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Before accepting a booking request, we will ask you provide full names and age of all guests.
security cameras: we have 2 external security cameras on the property The first is located above the front door, aimed towards the driveway. the second camera is located on the garage, aimed towards the driveway/entrance of the garage
firepits & fireworks prohibited:
firepits and fireworks are not permitted per hoa regulations (they don't mess around): this is pasted directly from the towamensing trails rules of conduct - "users of both fireworks and open fires will be subject to a fine of $50000 + costs and possible State prosecution."
quiet hours: towamensing trails quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am Please be respectful to our neighbors..
