Newly plastered, freshly painted, complete tiled floors, remodeled bathroom, bright, full kitchen, full size fridge, separate wash/dryer room, mini-splits keep the air conditioning, (it's hot here!) and heat flowing. Walking distance to the Rio Grande Bosque, bike trails/nature walks, downtown, breweries, the Hispanic Cultural Center and Alvarado Train Station, & bus station, *take a train to Santa Fe for the Day!. Near Tingley Beach, Botanical Gardens, Route 66 and Old Town. Off the beaten track for the travelers that likes to avoid the tourist traps, wants privacy and loves green space.
