OCT provides 8 bedrooms homestead on 6 acres surrounded by State Forest and National Parks, we are located 2.5 Hours from Sydney,5 mins off the M1, 10 mins from the town of Bulahdelah, 45 mins to Taree, Forster. We have an abundance of wildlife, walking, cycling and riding trails. A pool, BBQ. You can byo food or organise the local courtesy buses to take you into town for a meal. Our dam is about 3 acres with an island that you can kayak around..

Summary: It’s such a shame this property has fallen into disrepair. With a lot of TLC I’m sure it could return to its former glory. Lights not working & ceiling fans just filthy. The list goes on. A thorough clean could go a long way. However the outside was really great. The pool area & surrounding grounds were where we spent most of our time.
