Summary: The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. Location is near a very busy area, but didn't feel like it back in the community where the house and property are located. We would stay here again if ever back to Sint Maarten!
