main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king Condo comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). 1 flight of stairs is required to access the elevator from the parking garage to the condo. In the event that the elevators are down or under maintenance, climbing multiple flights of stairs would be required to get to the condo on the third floor.
