2) the maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is 10 You will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or guest numbers exceed ten.
3) our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you within 24 hours.

Please always leave on Auto, but feel free to lower the temperature (up to 73 degrees). Please make sure to keep all windows and doors shut when the AC is running to maintain maximum efficiency and to ensure that the unit does not burn out.

7) this home is in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm
8) the maximum number of cars allowed to park on the property is 5
9) we understand that accidents do happen If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive..
