Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive.
✔ maintenance: all maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary Please notify us of any maintenance issues or if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified immediately.
