recently renovated this exclusive cottage has been designed and finished to the highest standard and boasts quality furnishings throughout The property is set over one floor with the bedrooms located on one side and the living areas on the other.

entering into the spacious hallway, glass doors lead into the tv room which boasts a feature log burner in inglenook stone fireplace and comfortable sofa seating French doors lead out onto the large garden.

the open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, high level oven & microwave, special double drawer fridge, separate freezer and composite worktops There is a large breakfast bar and a dining table which comfortably seats up to 8 people. There is also a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.

the kitchen leads through to the light and spacious sunroom with contemporary insert gas fire, large flat screen tv and seating for up to 8 people Large bi fold doors open this room out onto the large, decked area where there is a gas BBQ and hot tub. the panoramic views across the valley and sea glimpses make this the perfect area to sit back and relax!
