the bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-sized bed, a dressing table, small sofa, wall mounted tv, hanging space and an en-suite private bathroom for guest use only
guests also benefit from exclusive access to a fully- featured second kitchen area within our home There is an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. An extra small freezer is available upon request. Downstairs there is an open plan room just for guests where there is a table and chairs set, a second TV, a double pull -out sofa bed in addition to two comfortable chairs.

the garden has a trampoline along with two tree swings as well as extensive lawned and terraced areas for picnics and any outdoor games Guests are welcome to enjoy our large garden and can pick apples from our orchard when in season.
