The kitchen has warm, oak fronted units, double oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The second bedroom has a double bed with the best view, looking over the fields down Great Langdale Valley, towards Lingmoor Fell. The main family bathroom with bath, WC and sink, is next to this double room, almost making it ensuite.
on the second floor is the large ‘l’ shaped twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, sink and wc, small seating area with tv (freeview only) and tea making facilities This room is perfect for grandparents or grown up children wanting a bit of space.

At one end of the basement, are a washer, dryer, wine fridge and storage.
