the main level includes a newly renovated kitchen, living room, bar seating for 2, dining room with seating for 6, as well as a renovated bathroom with tub/shower combo A separate den has a sectional sofa and TV (Apple device and free YouTube TV). An owners room on the main level will be locked. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, crockpot, blender, food processor, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Sugar and milk will be provided, as well as olive oil and spices.

The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and TV with Roku stick and YouTube TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a pull out twin size sofabed, work out mats and free weights, a smart TV and laundry. A newly renovated Bathroom with tub/shower completes the upper level.
