this 1st floor lift access apartment has been fully refurbished to the highest of standards and decor, with a very impressive entrance and hall way, the rooms are large with views out over the sea from each one, including outside balconies
the kitchen has everything you could wish for, its ideal for family get togethers with a large oven and hob, coffee maker microwave, dishwasher etc plus a balcony to sit out on
the spacious living room and lounge have sea views all round plus plenty of seating and dinning fro everyone, there is a games console and dvd player plus large smart tv
there is a king size bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee The queen size bedroom again has its own balcony or sit in bed and enjoy watching the sunrise on a morning over the sea.
the 3rd bedroom has 2 double size sofa beds of the highest quality to ensure a good nights sleep, so can sleep 4 people in there or use it as a 2nd lounge
there is a separate office with desk and office chair for anyone needing to work while away from home
also a separate utility room with sink for washing off the sand from the beach, plus a washer and dryer
off street parking is first come first served or we leave parking cards out for use in season
