please note that ninderry manor estate is accessed by stairs, and does have 2 steps inside the home
ninderry chalet has steep stairs and we recommend not suitable for young adventurous children due to heights and corners, children must be supervised in this area at all times
unfortunately we are not pet friendly and do not accept dogs at this property
quiet hours are 10pm - 7am and by booking, you agree to abide by these guidelines
we are a sustainable home, running on tank and septic system and ask that you please be water wise during your stay
strictly no loud events or extra guests
no glitter or decor changes (ie hanging decorations on the walls or moving furniture around)
