-well equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of cookware
-two fire-pits with 6 adirondack chairs each
-2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs / 1 downstairs)
-stainless steel gas grill
-private boat dock for two boats
-paved access, gravel driveway with 4 parking spaces
-both keurig single serve brewer & separate programmable coffee maker
-new washer and dryer
guest access:
access to spyglass landing is fully paved and the gravel parking pad can hold up to 4 vehicles and/or trailers (which includes a spot in front of the garage)
other things to note:
please keep in mind the house does have a boat dock and is on a canal, therefore constant supervision of small children is absolutely necessary
we are not liable for any damage that occurs to boats docked on our property
in the late evenings (10 pm) through the early morning, please be respectful of the neighbors and keep voices and music to a minimum volume
there are steps required to access the house from the parking pad
the garage has been converted to a game room and is not available to park vehicles While it does not have air conditioning it does have two high speed oscillating fans and a wall mounted space heater..
