be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
trash:
a rubbish bin is provided in the kitchen cupboard as well as rubbish bags inside and large disposal bins at the back of the house on the driveway Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly and that the lids are replaced securely on the bins.
broken or stolen property:
guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
inspections:
the host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand
