the entire home is available to registered guests; 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and dining area Parking is available in the designated driveway for guests as well as plenty of street parking.
this home was built in the 1940’s but has had a complete remodel! you will find a shadowbox inside of the home that contains items that were found during the remodel
the main room incudes a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, a kitchen table with seating for 4 people, smart tv and sectional couch The sectional couch also pulls out to an extra bed.
enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the smart tv
the first room has a comfortable queen bed, and lounge chair
the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair.
the house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, iron and much much more!
there is no sprinkler system in the yard, so it is not seeded grass It does get mowed weekly in the summer but unfortunately is not a place to hangout.

our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee.
