the home has an expansive outdoor area with plenty of pool seating in and out of the sun under the 22x12 covered loggia Inside you'll find 4 bedrooms (1 is an office) and 3 full baths with all high end finishes including Stainless Steel Thermador kitchen appliances, frameless glass showers, Maytag equipped laundry room, hardwood flooring throughout, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, covered loggia, pool, and an outdoor shower. The home also has High Speed WIFI with Smart TVs throughout the home.

Summary: The home is beautiful and spacious for a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. It has a highly organized kitchen with all the accessories needed to cook gourmet meals. There is also a large BBQ on the patio for grilling. The hot tub and pool were the best! When we arrived, the home was very clean and appeared as shown in the pictures. Jim is an excellent host and communicator. He went above and beyond to help us out when there were extenuating circumstances. The neighborhood is very safe and fairly close to Atlantic Ave. Although you can walk to it, having a car is much more convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would be more than happy to stay there again.
