you have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay There is a key lockbox for self check-in and check-out, and your own dedicated underground car park is adjacent to lifts, which take you to the 4th floor where the apartment is located.
the nishi building has an energy efficiency rating of 8, with a solar passive design, cross ventilation and thermal mass insulation These features keep the apartment cool in summer without the need for unnatural air conditioning! Even the apartment’s heating is rarely needed, except on those particularly chilly Canberra winter nights.
bedroom:
this studio-type apartment has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen that is professionally cleaned and pressed for your stay There is ample wardrobe space for your luggage, including hangers for your clothing (cupboard on both sides of the bed at the front entryway). There is also a ceiling fan provided for your convenience.
please be mindful of the use of appliances As much as possible, do not use appliances all at the same as it will cause the power to trip and possible error in usage. :)

the installation of ev charger will commence on monday 14 april 2025 and will take up to 7 weeks to complete Noisy works will be confined to between the hours of 8am and 12pm on weekdays. The noisy works are not expected to be continuous, with the works mainly involving drilling in the basement to affix cable trays throughout with various location movements throughout the days of work.
