this is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months old, well-trained, and crated if left alone Pet Fee is $150 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
