the gorgeous "house of joy" is a townhouse It develops on three floors and has an independent entrance.
as in every townhouse, there are stairs, please don't complain about it Look at the positive side: 3 levels mean more privacy...

the 2 public boat stops closest to the house are spirito santo, a few steps away from the entrance, and zattere (a few minutes away from the door)
a private dock is next to the entrance, so you can comfortably be dropped off by your private boat/taxi
you are in the heart of one of venice's most authentic and exclusive areas, surrounded by silence, peace, and the occasional seagull's call
