2 Guest must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 500$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
3 MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Any guests over 14 subject to cancellation of reservation.
4 Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. No Street parking allowed.
5 No Pets allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
6 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house, you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Any Outdoor smoking must be cleaned up and discarded.
7 No Events, No Parties. Charged a 600.00 additional cleaning fee and subject to immediate eviction.
8 No shoes allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests.
9 There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner.
