house rules
to ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules:
please do not disturb tenants in front unit
safety first: please unplug all unused appliances (like hair curlers and laptop chargers) when leaving the home Remember to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater as well.
supervision: children must be supervised by adults on the property at all times
no shoes: please refrain from wearing shoes inside the property
no smoking: smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside premises of the house A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, which will be used for cleaning and air treatment.
no parties or events: parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund and impose a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations.
check-in/check-out: check-in is from 4 pm to 12 am (late check-in fees apply after 10 pm) Check-out is at 10 AM. A late checkout fee of $200 will be applied without an explicit prior agreement for a late checkout.
guest limit: the property accommodates up to 4 guests Any additional guests will incur a fee of $10 per night per guest, with a maximum capacity of 6.
delivery restrictions: please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property Use a nearby pickup location instead.
furniture arrangement: please do not move or rearrange furniture
electronics policy: do not unplug any electronics (such as tvs, cable boxes, or lamps)
storage requests: pre-checking bag storage is only available upon request and for a fee, when possible
deposit policy: we reserve the right to retain your security deposit if these rules are broken
neighborhood respect: this is a friendly and quiet neighborhood Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music or outdoor gatherings after 9:30 PM. If we receive complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
noise monitoring: for your comfort and safety, we’ve installed a minut device to monitor noise levels, temperature, and humidity This device does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy while maintaining a peaceful environment.
pet policy: due to severe allergies, pets or animals are not permitted on the property
please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes.
