Located on the upper level is the kitchen, dining room, family room, and spacious living room. Lower level has four bedrooms. Must be able to climb stairs. Refinished hardwood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Backyard extends into multiple decks, including BBQ grill and hot tub. Located between San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Very close to SFO.

kitchen is equipped We offer free coffee, tea, and some breakfast items. The house comes with towels and clean linens. Our home offers great views of the Bay Area. There are three levels to our home and guests must be able to climb stairs.

located between san francisco and silicon valley with easy access to hwy-101 and i-280 Close to BART and Caltrain, and short drive to SFO Airport. Less than a mile from Mills-Peninsula Medical Center; 2.7 miles from SFO airport; 1.5 miles from Millbrae BART and CalTrain station; 18 miles from downtown San Francisco; 20 miles from Palo Alto. Short drive to shops and restaurants.
guest access:
we store personal items in the garage, closet next to the garage, closet by the front entrance, and laundry room Guests do not have access to these areas and they are not included in the rental. Laundry room can be made available to guests upon request, for an additional fee.
guests are allowed to park in the drive-way Driveway is on an incline with a curve and we are not responsible for any damage to guests’ vehicles when using driveway. There is plenty of street parking.
in the backyard there are multilevel decks Guest may use the decks but do not use the staircase that has been blocked off.

do not use the fireplaces There is central heating and a portable heater available.
please do not light candles except for religious reasons and/or birthday candles Any wax drippings on hardwood floor or rugs/carpet will be subject to an extra cleaning fee.

please do not take home anything you didn’t bring with you
