This is an amazing new home with an outstanding location - just a short 10 min walk to Notre Dame's campus and Eddy Street amenities (restaurants, bars, shopping)! A two story Great Room opens onto a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplace and a fenced backyard. A fully equipped kitchen allows for entertaining groups. There are four newly furnished bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors plus 3 full bathrooms. An additional finished bedroom and a second family room in the basement has ample sleeping space and a 4th full bathroom. This bedroom has 5 twin beds (one bunk bed). The adjoining large family room room with an additional large TV has two futons. There is an outdoor security camera in the back of the house on the garage roof and a doorbell camera in the front of the house..

Summary: We had a lovely stay, Dave was super responsive from start to finish. The home was beautiful, fit our group perfectly and was exactly like the pictures online. Would definitely book again and recommend to any family and friends looking for a VRBO in South Bend.
