we are family and dog friendly! children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.

guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.

we are in a quiet, residential neighborhood Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

there are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. health & safety is our number one priority Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. thank you for understanding!

if you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!

you’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.

there is on premise parking Parking is located in the alley behind the property. You can access the parking by taking the first right off the Speedway after it tells you to turn on Google or Apple Maps. Or if you are arriving from Pacific Ave. It will be on the alley on the right, before the property tells you to take a right. In the alley in the back there are 2 spots available. You can park perpendicular to the garage door and then park right in front of the car to fit 2 cars. Street parking is not allowed. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles..
