Newly renovated home south of the highway in East Hampton with a separate cottage. The main house has 4 bedrooms with 3 and 1/2 baths. The layout is perfect for entertaining with a big open kitchen overlooking the pool on one side, and two wet bars that connect to a dining area and spacious living room with a beautifully centered gas remote fireplace. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom + ensuite bath with a deck that overlooks the pool and lawn as well as three more bedrooms and 2 baths. This is a real house where we reside most of the year. Instead of the typical rental only home you'll find in EH, you'll feel the love of a house that's occupied by a real family! Please note that this of course means belongings will be in the house and drawers.

Built-in speakers that link to Spotify, bluetooth and other music streaming are present in the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as in the cottage and backyard. Every bedroom has a new Samsung TV with access to all streaming channels. There is also a 75 inch in the living room as well as a kitchen Samsung.
the two story cottage is also completely renovated with a brand new kitchen with sit-down counter as well as a new full bathroom and living room space with large l shaped comfy west elm couch Sleeping spaces include 1 Queen downstairs and 1 King + 1 Twin bed in the upstairs bedroom (5th total combined bedroom) section of the cottage. New Samsung TVs with streaming on both the first and 2nd floors of the cottage. Wifi is available in the main house, cottage, and backyard.
the kitchen opens to the backyard that more than doubles the living space with six new lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas and tables overlooking the new heated pool Extra-large outdoor dining table with two long benches + chairs and huge umbrella complements the Weber gas grill for amazing outdoor dining. Roast marshmallows with your own fire pit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. Relax to music with mounted outdoor speakers that are compatible with Spotify, bluetooth, and other music streaming while sitting on a large outdoor couch. Round game table, cornhole, and life-size Jenga complete the backyard fun. This home has just undergone a complete down-to-the-studs renovation and has been newly furnished throughout and landscaped on the outside with all West Elm outdoor furniture.
