We are 2 miles from downtown Lawrenceville’s historic square, with entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. 3 miles from Northside Hospital Gwinnett, 9 miles from the Mall of Georgia and 9 miles from Gas South Arena Duluth. we look forward to welcoming you soon!

the apartment overlooks large, quiet and pretty gardens for guest use only, ensuring complete privacy The patio area is partly covered for those extremely hot days and is ideal for dining or evening drinks. There is a large bbq for your use on the lower level of the garden.
the apartment is tranquil, airy and light with subtle touches of europe throughout Unlike other basement apartments, there is little to no noise from above. The living area has large windows looking directly out to the gardens. There are two comfy sofas which can also be used as beds and the large mounted tv will give you plenty of options for viewing.
the well equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, large fridge freezer and a hot beverage station, with endless flavors of coffee and teas! the appliance station will give you more options for cooking and holds an air fryer, crock pot and small grill/toaster
