the centre piece of the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast area adjacent to an open space family room The floor also features a separate DINING ROOM with an extendable table to seat up to 12 guests, a POWDER ROOM, COAT CLOSET and a separate LAUNDRY ROOM.
