*quiet hours are from 9 pm - 9 am,
*the maximum number of guests is 6 at a time. only guests who are on the
original booking are allowed to stay overnight,
*no smoking inside this property,
*no pets of any kind are allowed on this property due to severe allergies,
*no events or parties are permitted,
*no open flames or candles are allowed on the property,
*no drugs of any kind,
*do not eat or drink in the bedrooms,
*staying with small children is possible, but please be with your children at all
times, you are fully responsible for your children and their safety (the
house is not childproof), and for possible damage to the house and
property,
*washer and dryer will be available for long stays (4 nights or more) use the laundry to wash and dry our complimentary towels or your personal items follow the instruction board in the laundry,
*do not use white towels to remove make-up we provide make-up removal
towels and make-up remover wipes,
*help yourself to the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, but please wash it
down with the outside hose after each use,
*please clean your dishes before check out,
*puerto azul has a section for garbage disposal all garbage on property
must be taken there before check out,
*if you are out of the property, all the air conditioner units must be off,
*please do not sit on the indoor furniture in wet clothes,
*the inside furniture cannot be taken and used outside
*we have pest control visit monthly to prevent pests in the property It is important to know that this property is in a remote location and sometimes pests can get in despite our best efforts. Please take out the garbage frequently to help us prevent pests.

*if excessive wear and tear are found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on-site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, an additional fee of $500 will be applied to reservation
*if at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, the owner has the right to charge a minimum of $300 usd per additional person in the house per day
*if the owner receives information about excessive noise, they have the right to evict the guest and all occupants immediately and bill the guest a minimum and additional service fee of $400 usd
*if any sign of smoking, vaping, or use of “other” substances is discovered, the guest will be charged a minimum $2,000 usd cleaning fee for inside the home and $500 usd for exterior areas
*unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of a pet is discovered, the owner will charge the guest an additional $500 usd minimum cleaning fee
*a lost key fee is of $250 usd will be added should one get lost
*parties at this property are not allowed Likewise, the new AirBnb policy prohibits parties on any property on the platform. Therefore, if there is any sign of a party, you will have to pay a penalty of $ 1,200 USD.
