the apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, microwave, cooking pans, pots..
just 15 minutes walking the bogatell beach in barcelona city 4 metro stops from the city center. The apartment is located in "La Rambla del Poblenou" street, which has plenty of bars and restaurants and is the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood.
you can walk to the beach wich is just at the end of rambla del poblenou
the tramway (tram) stop is just around the corner
by metro you can reach the city center (born district) in just 5-10 minutes
the area is nice and quite but if you walk through rambla poble nou you get to a bussy street with shops, cafes, restaurants and plenty of life
there are 2 big shopping center not far from the apartment (walking distance is 10 minutes to 20 minutes)
port olimpic with lots of restaurants and plenty of night life is also near the apartment, just 2 metro stations or 15 min walking
important! people under 23 years old can't book the apartment In case that at check-in no one is older than 23 years old, you will not be able to stay at the apartment and there will be no refund.
