This newly revonated 1st floor condo is near the beach, IMG, and a variety of activites, making it easy to plan your visit. Within the complex are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts, shuffle board, and a BBQ area at the Clubhouse.
the kitchen and living room has an open floor plan The furniture is comfortable and the place has a warm feeling to relax and feel at home in. The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.

we are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (aldi, publix, cvs) We are also very close to IMG Academy.
the shorewalk condo association offers 2 pools/2 spas, tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, bbq's, club house with a pool table, large screen tv/lounge area, and an outside dining area There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.
